Rangers Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)
A week of reunions for a few veteran imports will continue Wednesday when former Canucks captain Markus Naslund faces Vancouver for the first time since signing with the Rangers over the summer.
Defenseman Wade Redden, an 11-year member of the Ottawa Senators, faced his old team as the Rangers downed the Senators 2-1 in a shootout Monday night at Madison Square Garden.
Redden's adjustment period in New York has been filled with as many shaky moments as standout ones, although coach Tom Renney believes the $39 million blue-liner has shown steady improvement in recent games.
"It's been somewhat predictable in the sense we know what we were getting in terms of the poise and experience," Renney said earlier this week.
